Heat check: The summer season is in sight, and the first full week of June brings with it a sizzling list of things to do in Philadelphia.
Philly’s massive ODUNDE Festival continues with events this week, culminating in the largest Black and African cultural festival in the country on Sunday.
And it’s the week to get crafty with the return of big annual art fests, including the Rittenhouse Square Fine Arts Show (Friday through Sunday), the West Park Arts Festival (Saturday) and Art for the Cash Poor (Saturday).
Plus, some of the biggest names in music hit local stages this week, including Melanie Martinez (Monday), Chris Stapleton (Thursday), Kenny Chesney and the Zac Brown Band (Saturday), and 21 Savage (Sunday).
