Hope you’re not allergic to fun: The good times in this week’s list of things to do in Philadelphia are off the charts, as massive annual events return throughout the city — with a few new surprises as well.
South Street becomes Party Central this Saturday with fests like the Maifest Spring Festival, the Fantasy Faire Block Party at Queen & Rook, and the massive South Street Live! (all on Saturday).
Laces tied, game faces on! 35,000 runners take to the streets during the 10-mile Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run (Sunday).
Annual faves are back including the Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival (Saturday) and the Chestnut Hill Home + Garden Festival (Sunday).
Also happening this week: the brand-new Eraserhood Fest in Callowhill (Friday), the BalletX Festival at The Mann Center (Friday & Saturday), the Strawberry Festival at Peddler’s Village (Saturday & Sunday), a Cinco de Mayo Block Party at El Chingon (Sunday). Whew!
