It’s all about the strawberries in May at Peddler’s Village. Guests can enjoy strawberry treats galore at restaurants and shops every day, and live entertainment on the weekends. The festivities really ramp up this weekend with a strawberry-themed market and activities, a petting zoo, stilt walkers and more.

Lace up! Center City District hosts the first-ever Rothman Orthopaedics Roller Rink at Dilworth Park this spring in between sections of the park’s interactive fountain. Guests will find a colorful overhead installation and music that delivers retro vibes at this safe outdoor activity. Also available: a food-and-drink menu at the Air Grille pop-up beer garden. Advance reservations for hour-long skate sessions are required, and lockers are available on-site for storage at an additional cost.

Waterfront roller skating is back! Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest opens for the season on Friday for another summer of skating, Ferris wheel rides, boardwalk games and mini-golf, plus the return of the arcade and a menu full of summer snacks like Funnel cake, lemonade, cotton candy and ice cream. Chickie’s & Pete’s also offers wings, Crabfries, beer and beverages with a QR code ordering system that includes table service. Read up on all the safety guidelines before you go and remember that masks are required and roller skating tickets must be purchased in advance.
